If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me promptly (within 5 days of receiving the item) so that we can reach a suitable solution.
I try to be as accurate as humanly possible when describing my items - if you have any questions though, please feel free to ask! This can help avoid disappointment later if things aren't quite as you expected.
I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during their journey through the postal system - I always make sure each item is securely packed, and thankfully so far no items have been damaged in transit.
All of my items are made to the highest possible standard. If, however, your item requires repairing (accidents do happen, after all) please contact me as usually small repairs can be carried out free of charge.
Please do contact me before sending an item back to me though, otherwise things could get confusing!
